Como muchos de ustedes ya deben saber, las *Jornadas Regionales de
Software Libre* se realizaran en este año 2010 en la ciudad de *San
Luis*, para ello ya hemos conseguido las instalaciones de la Universidad
Nacional de San Luis, y empezamos a planear algunos asuntos que
consideramos importante tenerlos listo tempranamente.
El motivo de este correo, es comentarles (e invitarlos a sumarse), a una
campaña que queremos realizar los miembros de San LuiX con el fin de
realizar el material publicitario de dicho evento.
Esta propuesta consta en recolectar un gran número de fotografías de
gente sosteniendo un cartel con un mensaje de apoyo hacia el Software
Libre y/o Cultura Libre, como por ejemplo: "Yo apoyo el Software Libre"
(puede ser en cualquier idioma).
La idea es que los carteles sean realizados a mano (no vale editarlos
con algún programa), luego el tema de la foto es totalmente libre (esta
bueno ser original), mucho mejor si se realiza en algún lugar
representativo de la ciudad o país donde residan, o con alguna
vestimenta típica.
Por supuesto que se puede invitar a conocidos y amigos de distintos
lugares a sumarse a esta campaña!.
Con las fotos recolectadas, elaboraremos todo el material publicitario
del evento, y alguna otra sorpresa durante este.
Cabe destacar que todas las fotografías deben encontrarse bajo alguna
licencia libre, y el material realizado sera liberado utilizando una
licencia del tipo Creative Commons.

As many of you will already be aware, the 10th edition of the *Jornadas Regionales de
Software Libre* will have place in the City of *San Luis* this year.
With this purpose we have already reserved the facilities of the Nacional University of
San Luis, and we have started planning some issues that we consider to be important to
solve right away.
The reason why we're sending this e-mail, is to tell you about a campaign that we,
SanLuiX's members, want to have done in order to advertise the event, and to invite you to
help us with the idea and join us.
This proposal consists of collecting a large number of photographs of people holding a sign
showing a message of support for the Free Software, and/or Free Culture, for example:
"I support the Free Software" (may be in any language).
The idea is to show in the pictures handwritten posters, not any poster made with a software
or digital image manipulator. The subject of the photograph is completely free (and it is O.K.
being original), much better if it is taken in any representative spot of the city or country
of residence, or wearing any kind of typical clothes.
Of course you can invite friends, family, relatives and acquaintances of different places to
join this campaign! With the pictures we collect, we will create all the advertising material
for the event, and perhaps some other surprise to use during this.
Please note that all photos must be under some kind of free license, and that the material
produced will be released using a Creative Commons licence.
